The city of Genoa has undergone profound urban renewal interventions in recent decades, with the recovery of the Porto Antico for public use. The videos in the collection include the buildings designed by architect Renzo Piano with the famous aquarium of Genoa. The collection includes the historic city, the fountain in Piazza de Ferrari, the Genova Brignole station and the intense road traffic.
Portovenere and the Palmaria Island are present in the royalty-free video gallery of Liguria with different views, the harbor with boats, the famous church of San Pietro located on the cliff at the end of the seaside village. Cruise ships often stop in front of Portovenere to take tourists to visit Portovenere and the Cinque Terre.
Lerici, Tellaro and San Terenzo are three spectacular villages overlooking the sea from the east of the Gulf of La Spezia. These villages were frequented in the 19th century by poets such as Percy Bysshe Shelley and his wife Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley. The videos show various views of the villages, the castles of Lerici and San Terenzo and the sea.
On the gulf of La Spezia, near the Cinque Terre, we have installed a webcam that shows the sea from La Spezia to Portovenere and the cruise and cargo ships entering and leaving the port.
